# Troubleshooting

### Sites changes not showing

If you have made updates to content on your Element site, but are not seeing the changes, here are some things you can try:

* Make sure you clicked the widget Save button after completing  your changes.<br>
* Make sure to click the Publish button on the page or template you are working on.<br>
* Clear the cache on your browser.<br>
* Refresh the page.<br>

### Sitefinity Admin tools not working

If you are having issues with the Sitefinity backend, such as: images not uploading, pages not publishing, or . entered content not saving; your IP address may need to be added to the Cloudflare whitelist. When experiencing issues with your Sitefinity backend, please submit a ticket to <Elementsupport@teamsi.com> with a description of the issue.

### Disabling External Link Warnings

By default, Element prompts a warning page for external links.  To disable this:\

In the Sitefinity backend, open the Administration drop down menu\

Select **Settings**\

At the top of the Basic settings screen, click **Advanced**\

In Advanced settings, click **WebSecurity**\
\
Select **RedirectValidation**\
\

On the RedirectValidation screen, check the box underneath **Disable centralized redirect validation**\
