Gravity Forms

Steps to be able to query Gravity Forms from the REST API:

Install Gravity Forms >2.4
Activate plugin
Complete plugin installation (Skip adding license key, set default currency etc., add first form)
Access plugin settings and enable REST API

Troubleshooting Gravity Forms

had to upgrade to PHP 7.4.1 & WP GraphQL 1.5.9

Be sure to enable the Rest API in the WP backend
